Sonia Payan Mason came to Arizona from Juarez, Mexico in 1972. One of five children, Sonia most enjoys all the activities generated by family gatherings, including dancing, camping, and picnics.
In 1996, Sonia made the decision to return to school and while working, studied to be a dental assistant at Bryman School in Phoenix. Sonia enjoys giving oral hygiene instructions, making radiographs and reviewing treatment plans with patients. She has been working with Dr. Vander Schaaf and Dr. Beischel since February of 1997.
Sonia and her husband Matt recently moved to Laveen, Arizona. It is located just past the Phoenix city limits. They are enjoying watching the construction and growth in another area of town. They have two daughters, Nichole and Courtney and a cat named Jasmine.
