Bridges

Bridges are tooth replacements that replace missing teeth by anchoring an artificial tooth (called a "pontic") to one or more adjoining teeth (called the "abutment"). They work best for people who have only a few missing teeth that have not been displaced. A bridge requires that the adjoining anchor teeth, are healthy and have adequate root support. Bridges take two to three visits to complete and can be removed only by your dentist.
